Combining running and nutrition, Runner Bean 5k will take you from couch to 5k in 7 weeks, while providing lots of information on (and tasty treats for) increasing your energy.
If you're not sure it's for you, why not book a TRY OUT session with us on Tuesday, 19th February at 7.30pm.
At this session, Sarah Bargya, our fully qualified personal trainer and sub 3 hour marathon runner, will take you through a dynamic warm up, for a walk/run along the seafront and work through a cool down routine.
In addition to this, Helen Cassidy, owner of foodhugs, qualified nutritional therapist, and lecturer with the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health, will treat you to a tasty recovery snack and a hot (or cold) drink to rehydrate, as well as running through the topics (and tasty treats) we'll be covering over the 7 weeks on the full programme.
